We advise and support small and medium-sized companies, especially those with a migration background, in the consolidation, strategy development and their sustainable implementation in the market. Our clients include German and European companies who want to expand their business activities in emerging markets in Africa.
As international consulting with a focus on Germany and Africa, we act with an understanding of the different cultures and develop concepts with country-specific components.
The headquarters of KMC - Klutse Management Consulting - is located in Hamburg. Nevertheless we work with partners from almost European and African countries.
Our consulting focuses include strategic realignment and stabilization, turnaround & change management, corporate succession and expansion. We help increase productivity and profitability, rightsizing, activity-based management and expansion.
Heritage
As a consulting firm, we develop sustainable strategies for our clients. We use a variety of innovative and proven tools and methods. The focus is always on the customer and the joint solution to his challenges.
The founder Clément Klutse completed his business studies at the University of Hamburg and graduated in Business Administration. His career began at the German Association for International Cooperation (GIZ) in Eschborn near Frankfurt. He has gained international experience in development cooperation at GIZ and EU projects in Germany and Africa. He then worked as Export Sales Manager, responsible for France at a large German company, Europe market leader, with leadership responsibility for 25 employees in Paris and Brittany. His focus was on sales management, organization and sales development in France.
This was followed by 5 years of experience in project work at a trade association of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce. His focus is on consulting - consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) - mostly with a migration background.
The focus of Klutse Management Consulting lies in advising companies with a migration background and in international business with the development of new strategic markets in Africa.
Clément Klutse is also the initiator of the international event "The Night of African Entrepreneurs" which takes place every year in Hamburg.
